Name: Itou Souma (Souma Itou in Western order) Canon: Original Character, the story he comes from is The Village of Shadows Canon Point: Age 25, during the early spring, year 53 of the era of the Fire Tiger when he left home last year Info: (profile coming soon) Age: 26, birthdate 12/27 Gender: male, pronouns are he/him/his Species: An Itou (a shadow yokai from a fantasy world, who is part of a bloodline descended from the union of a dragon demi-goddess and a shadow demi-god) Appearance: Voice: LINK and LINK to a video of his voice. It is a low baritone, rumbly, and sounds muted. He almost never raises it to normal conversation level. I think of his voice as equal parts smoke and honey. It comes from his chest more than the nose. Height: 6'2" Build: He is on the muscular side of slender. Think swimmer or long-distance runner, agility. He's got the musculature needed for running and the use of light short swords, but if he were heavily muscled, he would be too slow for a shinobi. He's got abs and nice thigh muscles, but to his chagrin he does not have the giant pecs, calves, or biceps/triceps his people prize. Hair: Black, wavy, long in the back, and always a mess Eyes: Gold, with slitted pupils Features: Souma has medium tanned skin the color of coffee with milk in it. He does have old battle scars from his life as a warrior. He also has a curse marking which he keeps covered up at all costs-- on his left shoulder and arm. CRAU: Yes, he is CRAU from another game. He won't recognize characters from that game bc that could get messy fast. If we had CR, let me know if you want to continue it. I am not keeping his body changes from the previous game. He came to Avalon along with his first friend, Lee Jongdae. Shipping Preferences: Souma is kind of... gay as heck. But he longs for friends and seeks familial bonds just as much if not more than romance. He has the potential to develop close bonds with anyone of any gender presentation, he really does not care. Souma's beliefs about sexuality/gender: Extremely accepting. His people are warriors with short lives and a very low birth rate, and they believe that anything that makes you happy and keeps you fighting is fine. Souma very much adheres to his people's traditions in these matters. Unfortunately, some trauma he experienced while living in servitude in a foreign nation with a strict caste system kind of interrupted his self-image and he needs time to rebuild it. He was treated harshly and he has been healing effectively over the past year. Off-Limits: Abuse, gaslighting, scary stuff, sexual harassment or assault, etc done towards Souma or brought up with/around him. At this time I don't feel comfortable having the issue of underage sex come up with him/in narration  (unless you speak to me about it first and I give the green light). If Souma has a deep relationship of trust with your character, flashbacks and discussion of past abuse or painful experiences is okay, but ask first before getting into details, and let's plan.
